| Abstract |
This Cabernet bursts with dark berry aromas, Earl Grey tea and a spicy fennel note. Slight earthy and floral notes are there too, becoming more prominent after some time in the glass. The body is lush with fruit flavors and a core of "sweet" tannins, a term denoting weight and velvety sensation (not sugar). The wine finishes with a long blueberry, plum and light toasted oak flavors and a slight cardamom spiciness. |
