Grown by the famed Rochioli family, our neighbors on Westside Road, these meticously-farmed grapes get pressed directly into our French oak barrels and ferment spontanously thanks to our "Resident" Yeast. We stirr the lees every two weeks for 5 months and then let the wine settle and clarify naturally. Unfined, unfiltered and SPECTACULAR!
